I started my real estate career in Beijing 2009. I received a great work opportunity as a real estate agent to market one of the biggest community projects by Jingyu Estates in Beijing. In 2010, I was rewarded by Jingyu Estate as the best seller of the year by generating revenue of 30,000,000 RMB. The competition was among six real estate agencies, hundreds of agents. I sold over 100 apartments between 2010 to 2011. By the end of 2010, I was promoted as sales and marketing manager as the youngest manager in the company history. In 2012, with a heavy heart, I decided to quit my job and come to the U.S. to receive a higher education as I always dreamed of. I received my degree in communication at University of Southern California in 2016. With my passion in real estate, I decided to continue pursuing a career in the field in the U.S after my graduation. My knowledge in real estate and communication and my experience working with hundreds of real estate buyers have shaped me to become an excellent negotiator by obtaining the best deals for my clients and have helped me understand my clients’ needs and interests. My clients’ satisfaction is my number one priority. I always make sure my clients have great and comfortable experiences from looking for their dream houses to closing real estate transactions.
