The journey of my American Dream began in December 2004, after I was transferred for my graduate study from University of Southampton, UK to University of Nevada in Reno. Prior to joining the Dragon Team at Keller Williams, I have also worked at Coldwell Banker, Nestlé – a Fortune 500 food and beverage company, as well as furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE) industry. 

After my graduation with Master’s Degree in Economics in 2007, I have devoted a significant number of years of my career in building and construction industry, and played a key role in supply management for several major construction and renovation projects for Venetian Casino, Marriott, Hyatt Regency, and certain regional residential builders. Throughout the process, I have built up a solid expertise in various building materials, from fabrics, natural and artificial stones, to wooden furniture and fixtures, which gives me a unique inside understanding of property values. 
Since I started my career as a real estate professional, I have been awarded for outstanding sales performances in each and every year, including Coldwell Banker Annual Best Selling Agent Award. 

No matter it is for a first time home buyer or a repeated client, buying or selling a home is one of the most importance decisions in the life time. I believe in having in-depth communication with my client before taking any step forward, fitting myself into client’s situation and truly acting as buying or selling a house for myself. In addition, I treat every client with respect and patience consistently before and after each transaction, to provide extensive services beyond a sale. 

It is an honor to be trusted by a client, and I shall not let the trust fall apart. In fact, almost 100% of my clients are from referrals, by the simplest way – word of mouth. Therefore, I value every buyer/seller like a repeated client, fulfill client’s needs with all my sincerity and efforts. I look forward to a life-long relationship, and pledge to treat you, and your future referrals without reservation. 

Skiing and fishing are two of my biggest hobbies. I am a black-diamond lane skier, and in winter time I like to step on the fresh snow powder in the early morning and breathe in the cold wind; from April to Fall, I also go deep-sea fishing to sort my mind and recharge the energy; at weekends, I like to spend time with my daughter Lexie and son Kevin playing, and go to church on Sundays.
